Depression

   It doesn't matter whatever it is that is getting you depressed. Neither does it matter the form/type of depression you are going through.
All you have to do is to ask yourself a few questions.

1. Do I have pain in me?
2. Have I offended someone?
3. What are the thoughts I have about those close to me?

When you are done asking yourself those questions, you then psych your mind in a positive manner so you can overcome those negetive things which were going through your mind that got you depressed.
Declear to yourself that you are an overcomer of DEPRESSION and your life will be long on earth.
